And, it's on upper Lexington just before 91st. You know I'd like to see a few homegrown bookstores and coffee shops plop down right about there, but I'll happily take this cozy yet elegant boutique, too.

Here you'll find accessories, clothing, and housewares from moderate to high-end. Oh, did I mention the room for parties? Might make a good spot for your holiday mixer.
